I recommend this supplement. I’m been taking it to protect myself from sunburn. I haven’t been able to tan since about 10. After taking this for months I can tan and my friends couldn’t believe the lustre and color or my shoulders and arms even in Halloween (I live in Maine) and I’ve been freckeled and sun damaged for years. My skin tans like when I was a kid, and it’s not dull. I’m very fair like a red head… so maybe it was easy to see a different. It’s nice to have that protective tan again because sunscreen doesn’t work all day.

I’ve gotten a burn every year at the beginning of summer, and then piled on the non toxic sunscreen. This summer I’ve been in the sun a lot and haven’t burned at all because of taking this product.
