Creatine can be a great supplement for aging and/or trying to build lean muscle mass. The problem is so many are powders which require mixing. They either have a bunch of fillers/flavors, or if unflavored, taste terrible. Having these in capsule form is a great solution. Furthermore, it makes traveling and maintaining a supplement regime so easy.

I usually use powdered creatine. 5 g (5000 mg) is the commonly used dosage. Since these capsules only contain 875 mg to get about 5 g you would need to take 5 to 6 of these capsules. Therefore I use these only for traveling and on days I don’t workout. I take two capsules to maintain levels.

To make a long stroy shoirt – retired gym teacher here. I just re-started taking this after feeling sluggish and uncomforatble when exercising. I don’t know why I stopped taking it. After three days, my energy is back and my muscles recover after one day off. No side effects or weight gain. I stretch every day, light weights every other day and I do a short daily (but exhausting) bike ride up and down the steep hills of upstate New York. I love this product!!!
